His areas of practice consist of insurance disputes, including fire litigation, insurance fraud, Special Investigations Unit defence, coverage disputes, personal injury and product liability.
He has conducted numerous trials at the Superior Court level, as well as appearing before the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Pete also acts as an Umpire for purposes of Appraisals pursuant to the Insurance Act.
He has lectured at the Law Society of Upper Canada Continuing Education Programme, the Annual Joint Seminar for Lawyers and Insurance Adjusters, the Windsor Conference of the International Association of Arson Investigators and has lectured at Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology.
Pete is on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Arson Investigators Ontario. He is a past- President of the Hamilton Medical-Legal Society and a member of The Advocates Society.
