Jeff is an associate lawyer in the Civil Litigation Group at Agro Zaffiro LLP. His practice primarily consists of insurance defence work for institutional clients, handling a broad range of claims which include Coverage Issues and Property Losses, Accident Benefits, Personal Injury Defence and Occupier’s Liability.
Jeff understands that his insurance clients face a growing volume of claims, and that reducing legal costs associated with these matters is a high priority for these companies. Accordingly, he constantly aims to ensure a timely and just resolution of the legal side of such claims to serve the best interests of his clients.
Born and raised in the Hamilton area, Jeff completed a Bachelor of Arts (History) at Brock University (2007) and a Juris Doctor degree at Bond University in Australia (2011). He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
Jeff has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario including the Ontario Court of Appeal and has represented his clients at the Supreme Court of Canada.
He enjoys a wide range of sporting activities, principally hockey, baseball and squash, and travels frequently throughout Canada and abroad.
