Hugh was born and raised in Guelph. After receiving his undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario, he obtained his LL.B. from Queen's University in 1998. He articled with Agro Zaffiro and was called to the bar in 2000, receiving the E.J. McGrath Prize in criminal law practice, Bar |
Admission Course, London (2000). He practiced criminal law for a short period before working in-house at a large national insurance company. Hugh then rejoined Agro Zaffiro where he is involved in insurance litigation with experience in bodily injury, property and disability claims.
