Frank was born in Italy, raised in Hamilton, and has lived in Stoney Creek for a number of years. He was called to the Bar in 1976 and has distinguished himself as a fierce advocate on behalf of his clients with extensive experience at trial and all appellate levels in commercial litigation, |
personal injury law, professional negligence, insurance defence, and administrative law. He is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation.
His work in the legal and general community includes serving as a Trustee of the Hamilton Law Association, Co-Chair of its Professional Issues Committee, chairman of its Bench and Bar Committee and the Mandatory Mediation Committee of the Hamilton Law Association.
He is a past Member of the Board of Directors of St. Joseph's Villa Foundation. Frank has lectured at the Advocates Society Court House Series, the Hamilton Law association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and the Toronto Construction Association, and Advocacy at the Bar Admission Course for the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Frank has been accepted as an expert witness in matters of civil litigation, trial procedure and advocacy by the Superior Court of Justice for Ontario. He has been a member of the Advocates' Society, Canadian Bar Association, Defence Research Institute, Canadian Defence Lawyers, Canadian Italian Advocates Organization, Hamilton Law Association, Hamilton Construction Association, the Hamilton Criminal Lawyers' Association, the Hamilton Medical-Legal Society, The Hamilton Club, Sons of Italy, and Knights of Columbus. |
