Mary Catharine Lawlor
Mary Catharine practices personal injury and insurance defence law with the firm. She is a career civil litigator with solid commercial litigation experience as well. She holds dispute resolution certifications.
A member of the Ontario Bar since 1985 and the B.C. Bar since 1993, Mary Catharine has practised extensively in both provinces. She earned her law degree from The University of Western Ontario.
Mary Catharine comes from a large Ancaster family and enjoys lengthy ties to the City of Hamilton. She has served on many non-profit boards and has done a lot of front-line volunteering with organizations as varied as the VON, Pathways to Education, and L’Arche.
She is active in a number of professional associations.
