Kelly A. Dunn

Kelly was raised in Oakville, Ontario, and is a proud member of the Hamilton legal community. She summered and articled with Agro Zaffiro LLP and returned as an associate after her call the bar in 2010. Her areas of practice are mainly within the realm of civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defence, accident benefits litigation, and all matters within the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Court. She also has an interest in employment law.

Kelly graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology. She then returned to Ontario and obtained her LL.B. from the University of Windsor.

She is a current member of the Hamilton Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Hamilton Medical- Legal Society.
