David J. Henderson

David graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelors of Arts in English, supplemented with a specialization in Business Administration. Prior to attending Dalhousie Law School, David gained valuable experience as a founder, director and officer of a federally incorporated, non-profit organization.

After graduating from Dalhousie Law School, he articled with Agro Zaffiro LLP and was called to the bar in 2008. He was also granted a Certification in Business Law by Dalhousie Law School.

David is a member of the Corporate/Commercial practice group, with a focus in the areas of business law, estate planning and estate administration. He has developed a unique legal practice, including experience in various corporate matters, as well as complex estate and trust planning and administration.

David is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, Ontario Bar Association, the Art Gallery of Hamilton and the Burlington Chamber of Commerce. He has an immense appreciation for the arts, which is illustrated by his career and volunteer experience with various arts organizations within Ontario.
