Annette D. Jansen

Annette was born and raised in Hamilton. After graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, she articled in personal injury and was called to the Bar in June 2007. She practiced with a prominent plaintiff personal injury firm in Barrie for 4 years before returning to Hamilton.

Annette practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury and insurance defence. She has lectured in the areas of personal injury and civil procedure and has authored articles about various aspects of personal injury.

Annette volunteers her time with MADD Canada. She is also a member of The Advocates Society, The Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
